Entry Requirements

For Incoming First Year College Students:

• Form 138 – A (High School Report Card)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Police Clearance/Barangay Clearance
• Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
• Two copies of recent 2×2 ID picture
• Placement Test Result from SPUP Guidance Center

For Transferees

• Transcript of Records from previous school (for evaluation)
• Honorable Dismissal
• Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school
• Result of Interview from the concerned receiving Dean
• Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
• Psychological / Physical Fitness Certification (as the case maybe)

For Scholars and Married Students (Additional Requirements)

• Certificate of eligibility / Grant for students enjoying private and government extended education benefits.
• Marriage contract administered in the Church for married students
